Will the paint chip off the cleats ?

Its inevitable for the paint to chip because of the hard wear and tear they are going through while on the field. So yes, but no it will not just come off lots of hard, constant scratching will have to occur. Please understand that at the end of the day it is considered art wear at risk and just like any other shoes they will get scuffs and scratches.
How much does a custom cost?

Prices for customs all depends on what design is desired as well as the cost of cleat, of course more complex designs will cost more than simple color-ways. An average pair of cleats cost around $290.
Do I provide the shoes?

Yes unless stated otherwise like (send in your own pair).
Can you send in your own pair of shoes?
